The body has an infinite ability to change if we ask it of it.

The key is to do so in a safe, consistent and graded manner, giving the body the direction, the motivation and the time it needs.
The overall goal of therapy is to help the patient return (as much as is possible) to the life that is important to them and enable them to participate in the activities or life roles that add the most value to their life.
If we keep doing the same thing, we will get the same results. If we keep doing less, we will only be able to do less. But, if we ask our bodies to do more, slowly we will be able to do more.

My goal with therapy is to facilitate the body’s own natural healing and remodelling processes and to empower the patient to be an integral part of this process.
